a couple years ago this plague started of react/angular pages where lists reorder visibly twice while I'm trying to interact with them. it looks like a network call completes, and the list loads in the order from the server, and then sorts back to whatever order is needed for display. too many sites to it for it not to be something wrong in the default way to use some framework(s).
